Full automatic spreading machine, to spread any kind of fabric for fashion apparel, furniture, car industry and technical textiles.

Models available from 100 to 500 kg roll.

Available different devices to adapt machine to different kind of production, knit and woven fabric, open and tubular, book folded or roll.

• Cradle with conveyor belt: Conveyor belt prevents marking of the fabric and problems caused by loose threads falling between rollers on multiple conveyor belt system. This system is very use full for any kind of fabrics and especially for very delicate ones (lycras).
• Easy loading and unloading rolls: Loading point from floor 1,00 mts (options have folding craddle until table top) and 1,40 mts standar version. Alllows fast and easily changing rolls. The short high of the machine, allows having constantly eye vision to the fabric roll on the back, being able to control all the unrolling process.
• Automatic threading and rewinding fabric: Cradle system allows the automatic threading into the cutting device as well as rewinding fabric already spread if any mistake.
• Ability to program all steps in a spread: it can perfrom normal and steps markers, starting in any place on the table.
• Adjustable edge side alignment by double sensor.
• Spreading machine drives by encoder: With under table chain allows programming any length of the marker and reaching perfect ends, as well as spread in any place on the table.
• Automatic high detector sensor : assures the minimum distance between the cutting device and table top, avoiding wrinkles in laying process.
• Robotic technology : fitted with standard PLC.
• Automatic start checks control when machine is swithced on.
• Adjustable spreading machine speed from 0 to 100 mts/min.
• Programming feeding: though % pre-programmed parameters, predetermines of cradle conveyor belt speeds. Optional tension free system bar.
• Digital touch screen: Instructions by easily and graphic characters. Allows any update of the program, and particular adjustments for any kind of fabric.
• Automatic cutting device: Adjustable in speed, and length.

• Four wheel drive (4X4): Uniform movement of the machine,
• Device to spread fabrics roll in reverse way: If fabrics come rolled by contrary way, machine it can spread automatically without having to change roll way.
• Self adjusting brakes ramp according to speed of machine and programmed acceleration.
• Spreading machine security sensors emergency stop: to prevent any accident in the cutting room.
