Fabric loaders for spreading machines to load rolls from the floor to the cradle of the machine. Capacity up to 500 kg. Recommended for both light and heavy rolls. Shocks caused by falling rolls  in the manual loading operation are avoided.

New fabric unwinding system. Innovative triple belt cradle system. The synchronization between the cradle belts and the fabric delivery belt allows us to unroll the fabrics perfectly.

Excellent tension control. Innovative electronic automatic voltage correction system.The FTS tension check system works in a horizontal position so that it is not affected by the inertia of the machine.

PRODUCTIVIDAD
The Quarter turn tubular fabric machine has been designed for those companies that want to hide the tubular fold.
This system is much more efficient than the traditional tubular turning system attached to the spreading machine:

1.- The spreading machine can extend at a higher speed without the quarter turn attached.
2.- At the same time that we are spreading with the spreader we can turn the tubular fabric with the quarter turn machine. The two separate operations are faster and more efficient.
3.- The final accuracy with the quarter turn machine is better since an operator controls and adjusts the line during the process. If the turn is on top of the spreading machine its accuracy cannot be controlled.
