The Quarter turn tubular fabric machine has been designed for those companies that want to hide the tubular fold.
This system is much more efficient than the traditional tubular turning system attached to the spreading machine:
1.- The spreading machine can extend at a higher speed without the quarter turn attached.
2.- At the same time that we are spreading with the spreader we can turn the tubular fabric with the quarter turn machine. The two separate operations are faster and more efficient.
3.- The final accuracy with the quarter turn machine is better since an operator controls and adjusts the line during the process. If the turn is on top of the spreading machine its accuracy cannot be controlled.
